To qualify for our money-back guarantee:
- You must use the product for at least 7 days
- Contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@earare.com
- Include your order number and a brief explanation of what didn’t work for you

14-Day Return Policy (Unopened Products Only)
Changed your mind before opening it? No problem.
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery
- Product must be unopened, sealed, and in original packaging
- Include your order number and proof of purchase
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used Silicone Ear Tips and Earare devices cannot be returned.
Note on shipping: Our fulfillment center is located internationally. Return shipping typically costs $10–$30 and is the customer’s responsibility. To save you hassle, we often offer refunds without requiring the physical return—just ask.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@earare.com with:
- Your order number
- A short video showing the issue
If confirmed, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
Product Use and Responsibility
Earare provides clear instructions for proper product use both on our website and in the product packaging. We are not responsible for any issues, damages, or injuries resulting from improper use or failure to follow the provided instructions. Customers are expected to use the product according to the guidelines provided. Any damage or malfunction caused by misuse will not be covered under our return or warranty policy.
How Refunds Work
- Refunds go back to your original payment method
- Processing takes 3–10 business days
- Your bank may need additional time to post the credit
What We Can’t Accept
- Used ear-cleaning tools and Silicone Ear Tips cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your order has already been shipped and is in transit, cancellations are not possible.
A Note on Chargebacks
We get it—sometimes things go wrong. But please reach out to us first before disputing with your bank. We’re humans, and we genuinely want to help. If a chargeback is filed without contacting us, we may contest it with order documentation.
